Reporting into the General Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth and seamless running of the park, while providing excellent hands-on leadership and support to the team.

What you will be doing...

As our new Head Honcho, you'll be an experienced operator and enthusiastic and engaging leader that enjoys successfully supporting and leading a team. This means...

  • Supporting the General Manager in all areas of park management.
  • Working closely with the central people team you will recruit, induct, develop, and provide ongoing support to new Heads of Department.
  • Being an ambassador of our company values and nurturing and developing a positive work culture resulting in high performing and engaged teams.
  • Making sure the park operates to company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of operating methods of the park, as identified by the General Manager.
  • Effectively managing the development of our people, ensuring full utilisation of PI Reviews and personal development plans.

Some of the skills we're looking for:

  • Significant experience managing large teams across multiple different departments
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • A leadership style that focuses on positive culture, engagement, and development
  • An ability to influence and negotiate
  • Experience of planning and organising projects
