Part time Business Development Role
Fast growing, award winning architectural visualisation studio based in Chelsea is looking for several part time dynamic business development consultants to join their team. The studio works with residential and commercial property developers all over the world creating state-of-the-art CGI virtual tours, CGI flythroughs and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity for business development consultants to join an exciting and growing team.
Requirements:
- an interest or background in technology and property
- the ability to understand architectural drawings to enable preparation of sales quotations would be highly beneficial but not essential
- a passion for sales,
- the drive to succeed,
- be a team player
- good people skills
- a proven track record of exceeding targets
About the role:
This in office role as a BD consultant at JA Visualisation, will require you to:
- Liaise with our global network of sales consultants
- Interview new international sales consultants
- Train new sales consultants
- Prepare quotations based on drawings - under guidance of Head of CGi
- Generate new leads with property developers
- Attend networking events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and approaches (No travelling required liaising, interviewing and training of international sales consultants will be undertaken via Teams calls.)
