Our client is a well-known brand within the property industry. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in North London with a minimum of 1yrs experience and ready to hit the ground running. Are you great at multitasking? The role:
- Generate market appraisals, developing new business
- Converting appraisals into sales instructions
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
- Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
- Marketing of properties
- Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
Required Skills:
- Experience working as a Sales Valuer
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
- Proven track record in closing deals
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
- Full clean driving licence and own car
