This is an autonomous role, helping to mediate between two parties, assisting them with a resolution before any legal involvement is required.

Key duties include:
- Responsible for own case-load, mediating with different parties to resolve issues at an early stage, ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all.
- Proactively reaching out to those involved in the dispute process for more information, gathering data and evidence to support cases.
- Managing queries from a mix of internal colleagues and external customers via both phone and email.
- Keeping up to date with any developments and legal changes within the property sector.
- Advise and consult customers on the services provided, escalating queries as required and reviewing complaints.
