Sheridan Maine are pleased to be partnering with a long standing firm in Basingstoke who are currently seeking a Legal Cashier to join their team!
As Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for a range of duties including;
- Ensuring accurate financial transactions are recorded
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier payments
- Taking payments and allocating to client accounts
- Preparing and sending out cheques
- Dealing with payment and invoice queries
- Undertaking account reconciliations
- Assisting with month end duties and reporting
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience working as a legal cashier
- Competent IT skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Highly organised approach to work
- The ability to meet deadlines
