Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Derby, East Midlands.

A Midlands based established Asbestos Consultancy are now recruiting for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts across the Midlands / M1 region. You will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications and will have extensive experience carrying out various surveying and analytical duties across Commercial, Industrial, Domestic, and Educational sites. You will be working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to confidently carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys alongside leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing. Due to the nature of the role, our client would consider candidates who only hold the BOHS P402 and experience surveying, willing to train and gain further Pcert modules.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding a combination of the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications would be beneficial to the role.
" Consideration would be given to candidates who only possess the BOHS P402.
" Holding experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy working as a surveyor / analyst is essential to the role.
" Will have good knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Good observational skills.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
Carrying out surveying and analytical duties on Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Domestic sites, including but not limited to:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Undertaking leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Attending site and carrying out audits on asbestos contractors.
" Carrying out sampling on suspected ACMs.
" Safely bagging and correctly labelling ACM samples, sending to the laboratory for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed asbestos reports.
