An exciting opportunity for a Partnership & Engagement Coordinator to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company, specialising within the Social Housing. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid communication skills.
A day in the life of a Partnership & Engagement Coordinator will include:
- Coordinating and share daily information
from outbound staff with relevant teams andexternal professionals.
- Addressing challenging behaviours and concerns with clients over the phone.
- Identifying safeguarding concerns
or crime and work with the safeguarding team to ensure proper service.
- Reviewing shift
reports and handovers
, ensuring actions are completed and systems updated.
- Using CCTV review software to
investigate incidents
, gather evidence, and create professional reports for external stakeholders.
- Ensuring confidentiality,
data protection,
and professional boundaries.
- Completing additional duties to support business operations and reputation.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience within a similar role preferred.
- Highly organised with a
strong work ethic.
- Customer-focused and professional
- Self-motivated and passionate
about the housing or public sector.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of confidentiality
and data protection.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other software.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
