Job Title: Gardener
Salary: £12 - £15 per hour

Location: Southport (Head Office)
DCT Recruitment is seeking an experienced gardener for a client based in Southport. This role requires reliable transport and the ability to arrive at the head office by 7:30 AM each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general garden maintenance at residential and commercial properties throughout Merseyside.
- Daily tasks include:
- Mowing
- Edging
- Pruning
- Weeding of borders and pathways
- Power-washing
- Tree pruning
- Hedge cutting
- Work collaboratively within a team and follow a scheduled plan.
- Manage a range of tasks from short, half-hour jobs to full-day clear-ups.
Qualifications:
- Full driving license preferred.
- Efficient and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Capability to work in mild weather conditions.
- Interest in garden maintenance.
- Experience in gardening is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

- Expected Hours: No more than 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: On the road (various locations throughout Merseyside)
