They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful Didsbury branch.
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Thursday until 5:30 pm Friday until 5 pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (Based on experience)
- £35,000 OTE
- Fast-paced atmosphere
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator you must have:
- Full UK driving license
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator for a minimum of 2 years
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Driven by success and progression
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- People who believe in ongoing personal and professional development
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:
- Valuing occasionally
- Negotiating
- Measure ups
- Booking Valuations
- Attending Viewings
- Progressing sales from 'offer agreed' to 'completion'.
- Registering applicants
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with vendors and purchaser
