Description
- Carry out financial transactions and post them in appropriate accounts.
- Deal with large amounts of invoices.
- Deal with supplier statements.
- Identify discrepancies in financial reports and rectify them promptly.
- Assist with credit control and chasing clients.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and securely.
- Manage a large amount of inboxes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
- Contribute positively to the overall retail environment.
Profile
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- A wealth of experience in transactional finance.
- The ability to hit the ground running.
- Ideally some retail experience but not essential.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
