Description
The Head of Education will lead and manage the education and continuing professional development (CPD) functions.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the end-of-cycle arrangements ending in December 2024 and start of the next cycle
- Ensuring that the approving and quality assurance of optical education qualifications
- Line management, ensuring that the performance of team members is managed effectively
Profile
The successful Head of Education should have experience of CPD and process improvement.
It is essential that you substantial people management exposure and have a background of delivering at pace.
This is a temporary position, so you should be able to start at short notice.
Job Offer
A competitive daily rate between £250- £300 a day depending on previous exposure.
