Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant
Salary: CSET10 £24,294 FTE, £11,012 prorated
Hours: 19.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time only + INSET)
Contract Type: 1 year fixed term
About the Role:
- Work closely with the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and teaching staff.
- Assist in the educational, personal, and social development of designated students.
- Implement whole-school SEND priorities.
- Enable students to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with a team to support teaching and learning in the classroom.

- You are a committed, enthusiastic, and caring individual.
- Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, combined with your initiative and independent work skills, makes you an ideal fit.
- Quick thinking and adaptability are essential, as you'll adjust techniques based on students' responses.
- You have experience working with students needing extra support.
