Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant

Salary: CSET10 £24,294 FTE, £11,012 prorated

Hours: 19.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time only + INSET)

Contract Type: 1 year fixed term

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and teaching staff.
  • Assist in the educational, personal, and social development of designated students.
  • Implement whole-school SEND priorities.
  • Enable students to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with a team to support teaching and learning in the classroom.

  • You are a committed, enthusiastic, and caring individual.
  • Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, combined with your initiative and independent work skills, makes you an ideal fit.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability are essential, as you'll adjust techniques based on students' responses.
  • You have experience working with students needing extra support.
