The role:
We are currently working exclusively with a successful financial services business who wish to appoint Head of HR. Reporting to CEO the role of Head of HR will play a business critical role in overseeing the continued development and success of the employees. - Developing and executing HR strategy & plan including the management of day to day HR operations
- Business partnering with department managers including employment law advice and support
- Maintenance & development of HR policies and procedures
- Creation of monthly MI for ExCo and Board
- Administration of payroll/benefits (outsourced service)
- Coordination of recruitment process
- Create packs for & attend Nominations & Remuneration Committee
The Company:

The Person:
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrable background of successful people management and accountability for effective performance management
- Track record implementing successful development, change and innovation
- History of building and maintaining successful internal/external working relationships & collaborations
- Proven track record in developing and managing operational plans and strategies
- Ability to work closely with ExCo & Board
- A clear and concise communicator
Salary:
£60k - £80k plus bonus, pension, health, 30 days hols, gym, free parking, hybrid/flexible working
