Our client based in London are seeking a
Strong Administrator
to join their team on a
3–6 month temporary basis, hybrid working.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team. This role will involve liaising with internal teams and tenants, with a strong focus on accuracy, health and safety compliance, and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the commercial lettings team
- Maintain accurate records and databases of available properties
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for listed spaces
- Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding property readiness
- Support internal reporting and file management
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property or commercial environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a commercial setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
