Key responsibilities of the Family Solicitor
- Offering high quality legal advice to clients on a broad range of family matters, including child arrangement procedures, cohabitation disputes, divorce, separation, and financial matters
- Managing and prioritising own caseload consisting of a range of varied and complex family claims
- Delivering excellent client service by successfully developing and managing client relationships
Key skills required of the Family Solicitor
- The successful Family Solicitor will have 4-8 years PQE experience acting on all aspects of family matters.
- Capable of working well independently and collaboratively.
- Good commercial awareness.
