This leading medical supplies manufacturer have a need for a Finance Clerk to provide all round accounting and administrative support.
A full-time role, based in lovely modern offices, easy location to reach with good public transport links and ample free onsite parking.

Your new role

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks accounting package.
Sales invoicing.
Processing accounts payable and ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices.Reconciling bank statements.
Reconciling credit card transactions.
Procurement and dealing with suppliers.Admin correspondence.
Stock management.

What you'll need to succeed

Finance administration is essential to this role as a big part of it is the invoicing, supplier payments and reconciling of accounts.
