Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 p.a. pro rata (30 hours/week) 6% pension contribution
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2026 (with potential for extension)

RCEW, recruiting in partnership with Defour Partnership, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Support Line Quality Assurance Coordinator to help shape, monitor and enhance the delivery of our vital 24/7 Support Line service for survivors.

About the Role
As the Support Line Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will:
- Lead quality control across our national 24/7 Support Line, handling complaints with sensitivity and care.
- Coordinate feedback collection and quality assurance activities, ensuring a consistent and survivor-centered approach.
- Work with data to identify trends and support service improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Support Line continues to meet the highest standards of care and accessibility.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in handling complaints and quality assurance.
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding, sexual violence, and helpline services.
- Skilled at using data to inform service delivery.
- Empathetic, diplomatic, and a clear communicator.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for survivors of sexual violence.
