I am looking for a talented Architectural Technologist with exceptional technical abilities to join a well-established practice in Bury St Edmunds. The knowledgeable firm provide creative and practical designs across all scales of the commercial and residential sectors. There are a range of exciting projects on the horizon and the team are looking forward to welcoming an Architectural Technologist to the team.
The successful Architectural Technologist will ideally have UK-based experience post qualification and will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will be comfortable conducting planning applications and have strong technical abilities.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- UK-based experience post qualification
- Strong technical abilities
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Complete planning applications
- Liaise with clients to create detailed technical drawings
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient using a range of industry standard software
- Must live within a commutable distance of Bury St Edmunds
