Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

About the Role:
- Lead small group interventions and support classroom learning under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring extra assistance.
- Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and educational resources.
- Support the class teacher with behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure student success.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as an HLTA in UK schools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
