Package - £30,000 - £40,000 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Laptop, Phone, Health Care Plan.

The Role
You will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for our restaurant design and fit-out projects. You will assess project requirements, analyse specifications, and source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. You will be expected to work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure budgets are adhered to, while delivering value and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The Person
Do you have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Coupled with experience in cost estimation within the construction or hospitality fit-out sectors and a deep understanding of commercial spaces. As well as the above you should be a team player as well as fit into the culture of our business.
