LOCATION: City of London
SALARY: £24-26K basic (OTE £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £80K+ year 3)
THE ROLE:
- Building relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding their needs and finding the right fit.
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, referrals, advertising and networking events.
- Sourcing clients through cold calling.
- Preparing candidates for interviews.
- Receiving and delivering feedback from both clients and candidates.
- Making deals and earning commission!

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2:1 and above graduate degree from a Top 40 University
- 1+ years work experience (B2B sales experience ideal)
- Extracurricular activities (sports, societies)
- A driven, resilient mindset with ambition to be the best!
