Are you an experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with diverse needs? Look no further!

We are currently seeking a dynamic SEN Teacher who is passionate about supporting students across Primary, Secondary, and College levels. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of ages and abilities, making a profound impact on the educational journey of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support and interventions to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and parents/guardians to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, assess needs, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN in educational settings, preferably across Primary, Secondary, and College levels.
  • Understanding of various SEN conditions, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and ability to implement appropriate strategies to support these needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
