We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Support professional to join our team. The role involves assisting with daily sales order processing, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and maintaining business administration within internal systems. This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an admin support or business analysis role, preferably with knowledge of SAP and CRM platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process daily sales orders through to delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and essential documents within SAP and CRM systems.
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to track territory and brand performance.
  • Transfer and book UK sales on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with distributors to ensure timely order receipt.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for product availability.
  • Offer office-based support for customers and act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  • Manage stock and demo materials distribution, as well as consignment and loan equipment stock.
  • Handle sample and literature requests, process travel arrangements, and compile UK marketing information.
  • Attend occasional off-site internal meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an admin support or business analysis role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the curiosity and ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in common software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, teams, and presentations.
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP and CRM platforms, and knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Preferably with previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
