We are looking for customer service professionals to join our client based in the Epsom area.
The Individuals:
- Ideally targeting those with previous customer service experience gained from within a call centre, banking or retail industry - you will thrive working in a business reactive role offering a high level of service.
- Resilient, self-motivation and driven, keen to learn
- Friendly, outgoing and confident communicators
- Individuals who have the self-motivation to work hard and who want an opportunity to pursue a career
- IT savvy and confident to learn new systems
- Someone who wants to work as part of a team, assisting the department with their deadlines
The Role:
- Working in a varied customer service and administrative role, you will be the first point of contact for all service delivery queries and requests, assisting with schedules and general enquiries.
- In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all business clients, communicating via the phone, email and inuse portal. Good spoken and written grammar is a must.
- In return you will receive ongoing training, whilst working in a large and friendly department.
- Hitting required service level targets is imperative
The Finer Points:
- The start date for these positions is the 12th & 19th August 2024
- The roles are being offered on a temp to perm basis
- Hourly rate to reflect £25k
