Position: Occupational Therapist/Lead
Salary: £36,000 - £45,000

A specialist SEN school have an exciting opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist or occupational therapy lead to join them on a permanent basis.
The position would see you working with children ages 7-19, alongside an experienced and passionate team, dedicated to working with SEND students to have a positive impact on their lives and academic achievements.
This position would ideally start in September 2024, but they are open to considering other start dates.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate to provide students with customized assessment and intervention strategies.
- Training of other members of staff, and provide advice
- Monitor and document student development.
- Make sure the conditions for learning are suitable for students.
- Responsible for an occupational therapy caseload
Ideal Experience:
- Experience working in a school
- Experience working with SEN children, especially with Autism.
- HCPC registered
- Trained in sensory integration
- 2+years of experience in delivering occupational therapy to students/children with ASC
