We are currently looking to recruit for an Administrator to join a multi-million-pound manufacturing business based in Chorley.

As the UKs leading manufacturer within their field this business were proudly established in Chorley in the 1960's and have grown to be a multi-million-pound organisation with a valued customer base. Having grown to a team of over 70 people and exporting their products all over the world they have a vacancy within their Administration team due to retirement.

Joining the Administration team this interesting and varied role includes...

  • Processing customers' orders promptly and accurately
  • Overseeing orders from placement to delivery, liaising with logistics suppliers and communicating updates to customers
  • Processing invoices
  • Nurturing customer relationships by answering queries and complaints effectively

We are keen to find someone who would describe themselves as having excellent communication and customer service skills. Whilst not essential, experience with using SAGE is an advantage.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • £24,700 per annum
  • Plus company "cost of living" bonus scheme at £25 per week (increasing your income to £26,000 per annum)
  • Permanent position
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, office based, Chorley
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free parking on site, sick pay, pension scheme
