Our client is leading 3PL provider working on behalf of major eccomerce brands such as Amazon and Ebay to ensure delieveries are done within agreed timeframes.

They are looking for a talented BI Analayst to join their team. You'll be uncovering insights, developing models, and supporting strategic decisions with your analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep Data on Point: Ensure reporting systems are always accurate and reliable.
  • Forecasting Fun: Build and develop forecasting models that help the Operations team stay ahead of the game.
  • Dashboard Dynamo: Create and maintain dashboards that support key activities in Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and more.
  • Data Integrity Hero: Validate and reconcile data across systems to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Trend Spotter: Analyze trends and insights to recommend awesome process improvements.
  • Automation Guru: Maintain and enhance automated reporting of company-wide KPIs for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure our BI solutions hit the mark.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Whiz: You're comfortable navigating the Microsoft Office suite.
  • SQL Pro: You know your way around SQL for database querying and manipulation.
  • BI Tools Expert: Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus, and tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense are also great!
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Python and R is a bonus, but not a must.
  • Automation Enthusiast: Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools is desirable.
  • Self-Starter: You thrive in an unstructured environment and can work autonomously.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain complex information in a way that everyone understands.

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant Degree: A degree in a quantitative field like STEM, Economics, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience: 0-2+ years in a similar analyst role.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in logistics or a comparable industry is a big plus!
