Job Description:
As an Audio-Visual Conferencing Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining audio visual conferencing systems to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within their organisation and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Configuring, and installing audio visual conferencing systems, including video conferencing equipment, audio systems, displays, cameras, and control systems.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide customized audio-visual solutions that meet their needs.
- Testing and troubleshooting audio visual conferencing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users on how to use audio visual conferencing equipment and software effectively.
- Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in audio visual conferencing to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
- Working closely with vendors and contractors to procure audio visual equipment and services as needed.
