About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and financial support to the team. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices and remittances efficiently, handling customer refunds, and investigating discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Duties will include:

  • Processing high volumes of automatic invoice batches daily
  • Preparing refund documentation and supporting paperwork
  • Investigating invoice discrepancies with various departments
  • Managing customer ledgers and resolving discrepancies
  • Sending out invoices, credit notes, and statements to customers
  • Allocating and posting customer receipts promptly
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Supporting other areas within the Accounts Receivable team as needed

About You:

You should have prior experience in Accounts Receivable, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in IT, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
