Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for our advanced machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CNC machinery, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
  • Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal machining performance.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to test and validate programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to ensure the highest quality of machined parts.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs and machine setups.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works).
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
