Security Engineering Supervisor Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the day to day onsite and technical operations of our security department focused on servicing and reactive calls
- You will be responsible for effectively managing and guiding a team of engineers
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Ensure training and development plans are in place
- You will use your in-depth industry knowledge to support and guide your team
- Ensure you are available to provide onsite support and carry out site visits when needed
- Take a proactive approach in handling customer disputes
- Support the other departments with the Engineers job allocations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure standards are being met
- Ensure that everyone is complying with the Health and Safety regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records
Security Engineering Supervisor Skills and Experience:
- A full UK driving licence or equivalent
- You must have an in-depth technical knowledge of the fire and security industry
- You will need to have had previous experience with installations or small works. This could be as an engineer or supervisor
- You will have experience in leading, motivating, engaging, and nurturing a diverse team of engineers
