Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for strategic thinking? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a real impact as a HR Business Partner in the beautiful region of Torbay. This 6-month contract offers a competitive salary, along with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role:

As a HR Business Partner/HR Advisor, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees alike. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior leaders to identify HR priorities and develop plans that support the business strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Change Management: Support the business through periods of change, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Performance Management: Work with managers to develop and implement effective performance management practices that drive results.
  • Policy Development: Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
