Job description/essentials
- To manage a defined caseload within specialist area, using evidence based /client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the outcomes of intervention where appropriate; hospital, community, patients' homes, schools, outpatient settings and maintaining associated records.
- Experience working in front door/emergency room therapy required.
- NHS experience desirable
