Solar PV Labourer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa (dependent upon experience)

About the Role
Your mission, as a key member of our Solar PV installation team, is to provide exceptional quality and customer service for every new build residential Solar PV installation. You will work as part of a 2-person team, assisting with the installation of non-electrical elements of our Solar PV systems on pitched and flat roofs using hand and power tools.
In this role, you must adhere to the highest health, safety, and quality standards and actively participate in fostering a positive safety culture. You will work from sites across the UK, with very occasional overnight stays or weekend work.

- Vocational Competencies
- CSCS Card
- Experience working on a construction site (desirable)
- IPAF (desirable)
- Full UK Driver's License
- Capability and fitness to perform physical labour
- Reasonable aptitude for using smartphone apps
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints (desirable)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Roofing experience or experience in a similar industry (desirable)
