Staff Software Engineer - Using Cutting-Edge Tech for Good

Salary: Up to £115,000 plus + shares

Remote First: Twice a month in London (expensed)

We are delighted to continue our partnership with an impressively scaling HealthTech start-up on their search for more talented Staff Software Engineers to join their team on their mission to solve the staffing crisis across the NHS and healthcare industry.

Having been founded by previous health workers, they understand the struggles and pressures that the health sector are under, and are using their expertise to implement practices, that have already saved £6 million in staffing costs.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:

  • Have experience with JVM e.g. Java/Kotlin, Microservices, AWS, CI/CD, TDD, Agile
  • Be open to (or already have experience) working with Kotlin
  • Have front end experience with React
  • Have previously led a team, performing 1-to-1s, code reviews, technical roadmap planning etc.
  • Split your time 80-20 between hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities
