Account Manager

A well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Clitheroe on a permanent full-time basis. This is due to development and internal progression, as the business is now expanding, and this company is now seeking an Account Manager to join their growing company.The working hours for this role are office-based, 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 3pm on a Friday and a 30-minute lunch break.Areas to progress and develop for the right candidate. Please note that industry experience is desired but not essential.

Your new role

As Account Manager, your duties will include managing key client relationships in conjunction with the external sales team and management of the CRM system. Along with the ability to self-manage, review tender requests, prepare detailed costings and quotations for works ranging from £100k to £2million.You should be confident liaising with clients to obtain specific information to provide an accurate quotation and review project tender documents including technical design drawings.Provide calculated costings and descriptive quotations, whilst also aiding Business Development Management.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing this position, you must be motivated, passionate and have a desire to progress and develop your skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management and being able to use your own initiative. You should have excellent customer service and be confident working within a small team, offering guidance and supporting other colleagues when required. With attention to detail, taking incoming calls and directing calls to relevant departments. A familiarity with Office, Internet and Email proficiency and understanding of computer security and privacy.

In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary of £35,000 plus, depending on experience, along with an annual bonus.
