Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on our Costa Coffee & Whitbread contract at our site in Wellingborough. You will be integral for supplying the best customer care to our customers and all others around you.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working any 5 days from 7, 08:00 – 16:00**,** as well as 1 in every 3 weekends. We are super flexible and can offer some hybrid working too!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Daily contact with customers and suppliers to arrange bookings and service requests, predominantly over the phone
  • Liaising with Costa Whitbread colleagues across all parts of the business
  • Deliver excellent customer service as part of all tasks
  • General administrative tasks and duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A desire to work in a customer-facing role and provide excellent service
  • Comprehensive computer skills – including Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possess excellent people skills and be a team player
