Domestic Couple - House Manager/Housekeeper and Chef

A highly regarded HNW family in Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Domestic Couple to provide comprehensive household support. This is a live-in role with a private cottage included on the estate, offering a wonderful opportunity for a couple looking to work together. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the family.

Key Responsibilities:

Chef:

  • Prepare high-quality meals, focusing on fresh, nutritious seasonal ingredients for the family day to day.
  • Prepare and produce high-quality meals for social gatherings and events.
  • Plan and execute menus tailored to the family's preferences, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
  • Accommodate dietary requirements and special requests.
  • Oversee grocery shopping, pantry management, and stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

House Manager/Housekeeper:

  • Maintain the tidiness of the property, including making beds and ensuring the farmhouse is always presentable.
  • Perform various errands as required, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and managing deliveries.
  • Organise and manage dinner parties and other gatherings, coordinating with other staff, and overseeing event execution.
  • Efficiently manage the household calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the household and external service providers, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Manage emails and collate expenses for the household.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience working together as a Domestic Couple, ideally for a HNW family. wonderful opportunity for a couple looking to work together. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the family.
