An established architecture and interior design studio, renowned for its unique blend of classic and contemporary projects, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their team in Bath. Known for delivering high-quality, bespoke designs across luxury residential, heritage, and hospitality sectors, the studio is looking for a driven individual with a passion for detail and a commitment to innovative design solutions.

The successful Project Architect, will take a central role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with a collaborative team of designers, project managers, and technical experts. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure design integrity and quality are upheld throughout every project stage.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification in a UK-based practice
  • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and construction standards.
  • Work closely with clients, understanding their vision and needs, and translating these into tailored, high-quality design solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and uphold design integrity.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to ensure project success.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong design and technical drawing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of planning policies, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate project teams.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
