Your key duties as the Financial Controller will include:
- Management of budgets and forecasting process
- KPI reporting; effectively breaking down financial information to key stake holders
- Costing
- Provide insightful monthly management information
- Oversee high performing, medium sized team
- Ad hoc project accounting
- Assist with the production and development of growth plans
- Ensure robust financial controls are implemented and adhered to
- Continuous systems improvement
- Stock management
- Risk management
To be successful in this post, you will possess the requisite key attribute and qualification:
- Strong team leader, with a proven track record of leading a high performing, medium sized finance teams
- Extensive FP&A and systems experience, ideally acquired within retail, manufacturing or similar setting
- ACCA/CIMA or have acquired equivalent experience
