Role:
The firm is looking for a dedicated Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of contentious probate, including but not limited to, Inheritance Act claims, disputes over wills, and executor and beneficiary disputes.
Skills & Experience:
- A qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE within private client matters
- Some experience in contentious probate is necessary.
- Strong litigation skills and a robust understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent client care abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Adept at negotiating and resolving disputes effectively
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships
