RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established client near Takeley. You will be working as part of a team, dealing with customer queries, processing orders and developing customer accounts.

The Role of

Customer Service Advisor

:

  • Answering incoming phone lines.
  • Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns.
  • Understanding customer requirements.
  • Understanding of our products and services.
  • Supporting your colleagues.
  • Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers.

To be considered for the role of

Customer Service Advisor

:

  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Experience of using SAGE 200 or a similar package would be ideal
  • Experience with inputting sales orders onto PC system
  • Able to prioritize own workload and work within a team.
  • UK Driving License.
  • Experience working in a business-to-business environment.

The Package for

Customer Service Advisor

:

  • Salary: £26,000
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday - Friday
  • Pension
  • 23 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Day off on your birthday and long service holidays
  • Free parking
