RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established client near Takeley. You will be working as part of a team, dealing with customer queries, processing orders and developing customer accounts.
The Role of
Customer Service Advisor
:
- Answering incoming phone lines.
- Processing customers phone, email and web orders and customer returns.
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Understanding of our products and services.
- Supporting your colleagues.
- Liaising with other departments, buying, production, goods out and technical.
- Make outgoing calls to customers.
To be considered for the role of
Customer Service Advisor
:
- Experience using a CRM system
- Experience of using SAGE 200 or a similar package would be ideal
- Experience with inputting sales orders onto PC system
- Able to prioritize own workload and work within a team.
- UK Driving License.
- Experience working in a business-to-business environment.
The Package for
Customer Service Advisor
:
- Salary: £26,000
- Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday - Friday
- Pension
- 23 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
