Robert Walters are partnering exclusively with a global market-leading tech business in the appointment of an interim Finance Manager for 6 months in Manchester City Centre.
As an Interim Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing both national and international operations. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you handle complex tasks such as consolidating the Group's accounts, improving business efficiencies, reducing costs, and handling VAT returns. You will also be responsible for producing year-end statutory financial information, preparing monthly financial statements, leading in the production of monthly and quarterly accounts, and presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
- Work closely with the CFO to ensure smooth running of the accounts department within the UK and international operations.
- Manage cash flow and maintain a strong financial control environment.
- Partner with budget holders and senior stakeholders within the UK and internationally.
- Handle consolidation of the Group's accounts and Financial Modelling.
- Handle VAT returns, P11's and Companies House filings.
- Produce year-end statutory financial information and interface between the Group and their Auditors.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and group consolidation.
- Lead in the production of monthly and quarterly accounts.
The ideal candidate for this Interim Finance Manager position is fully ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with a strong technical accounting background. Strong systems skills, particularly with Oracle, would be advantageous. Additionally, your strong Excel skills will aid in your success in this role.
- Fully ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
