Financial Controller

Our client, a well-established family-run restaurant, is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join their finance department. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and reporting for the business.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller

  • Play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the operation and the next stages of its growth.
  • You will be responsible for the finance and accounts of 3 restaurants and the future revenue streams coming into the group
  • Oversee and manage Financial Reporting, Payroll, Weekly reporting preparation, Cost Control, Cash Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Accounting & Compliance, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Internal Controls, Technology & Systems.

Key Skills & Experience for the Financial Controller

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or within a similar role
  • A background in Hospitality, Restaurants or Hotels (Desired)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
