Conveyancing Administrator

An exciting opportunity has come up to join our client's conveyancing department in Sutton on a permanent basis. The position will be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Key duties to include:

  • Prepare land registry applications and arrange land registry searches.
  • Operate the case management system and land registry portal.
  • Prepare, photocopy, save and scan key documents.
  • Maintain client files.
  • Provide fee earners with administrative support.
  • Undertake typing and diary management tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years previous experience conveyancing administration/assistance experience.
  • Experience with commercial conveyancing preferable but not essential.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Polite and efficient over the phone.
