An exciting opportunity has come up to join our client's conveyancing department in Sutton on a permanent basis. The position will be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
Key duties to include:
- Prepare land registry applications and arrange land registry searches.
- Operate the case management system and land registry portal.
- Prepare, photocopy, save and scan key documents.
- Maintain client files.
- Provide fee earners with administrative support.
- Undertake typing and diary management tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years previous experience conveyancing administration/assistance experience.
- Experience with commercial conveyancing preferable but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Polite and efficient over the phone.
