Buckinghamshire (Commutable from Luton, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Watford, High Wycombe)
Salary up to £41,000 DOE

About the Role
As an Automotive Apprenticeship Trainer at our prestigious FE College in Buckinghamshire, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to apprentices in the field of Light Vehicle Maintenance. In this role, you will transfer your expertise and knowledge to students in the classroom, workshops, and garage setting.
Job Description
- Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to apprentices
- Assessing and evaluating apprentices progress
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards, syllabus, and course specifications
- Providing guidance and support to apprentices throughout their training journey
- Collaborating with the automotive industry to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and practices
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in an Automotive related subject
- Be experienced with Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Be familiar with apprenticeship standards and curriculum
- Willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check
- Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge.
- Occupational competence and relevant skill set.
- Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within 2 years (support provided)
