Salary: £32k-£34k

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Requirements: Must be a driver with own vehicle

About the Company:

Our client is a large organisation renowned for providing outstanding services and experiences at multiple locations. They are dedicated to excellence and known for their high-quality offerings.

Job Purpose:

To enhance the company's brand by developing and organising training programs that maximise customer value, acquisition, and retention. The role involves managing all administrative and logistical facets of the company's training sessions and coordinating training events at various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Training Centres' administration and development, coordinating with venues and instructors to ensure a superior participant experience
  • Maintain feedback systems and address issues in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
  • Negotiate new and renewal contracts with suppliers to protect the company's interests
  • Research and identify new training opportunities that align with the company's goals
  • Develop new business opportunities for training services through different commercial partners
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure all necessary information is included in course content
  • Manage daily bookings, resolve payment discrepancies, and generate sales and booking reports
  • Prepare and test the booking system, including creating Requests for Change
  • Produce Product Briefing Documents for the Marketing Delivery Team to enhance course promotion
  • Organise pop-up events at various locations, ensuring smooth logistics

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a training administrator, coordinator, or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality courses on schedule and within budget
  • Knowledge of contract management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP or Google Suite (preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Competence in managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and suppliers
