The Role:
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be engaging with members of the public who are in arrears. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Understanding individual circumstances to offer tailored solutions
  • Negotiating payment plans and terms
  • Managing difficult and sensitive conversations with tact and empathy
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (call center, sales, retail, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
