Our client, a leading supplier of products for the telecommunications market, are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join their Sales Department. This role comes with a base salary and a constructive bonus scheme.
This exciting opportunity is available on a full time, permanent basis, located in Wymondham.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to take responsibility after training
- Deliver precise actions
- Strong attention to detail
- MUST be competent with Microsoft Excel
- Computer literacy (essential)
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Check auctions due to complete that same day
- Confirm money in for outstanding orders
- Put orders through as sold on the auction site, once auctions have finished
- Make lists of available stock on Excel to send to customers
- Create lists of the stock required to go on auctions for the next day
- Complete paperwork for stock being shipped out
- Liaising with transport companies on the account platform
- Book in orders for delivery once paperwork is complete
- Liaise with existing and new customers on the phone and/or WhatsApp
- Use relevant sites to find new customers
- Send bulk emails to existing customers with stock offers
- Make the auctions for next day
- Stock take and reporting stock take
- Occasionally travelling to industry shows where our client exhibits (this could be overseas)
- Price matrix updates
Liaise with various departments including:
- Finance Department
- Production Department
- Purchasing Department
- Advertising Department
Our client is in the surplus and recycling telecom industry and part of an ATF (Authorised Treatment Facility for WEEE). This means that some the products / equipment are heavily regulated and listed under Dangerous Goods.
As this role requires liaison with overseas customers, it would be preferred (but not essential) for candidates to be bilingual.
