Are you passionate about supporting students with challenging behaviour? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor with a Teach Teach qualification to join a well-established Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in North London. As a resilient and empathetic individual, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students with complex behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and self-esteem.
  • Support students in managing their behaviour and developing appropriate coping strategies.
  • Implement individual behaviour management plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to inform intervention strategies.
