Responsibilities:
- Establish positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and self-esteem.
- Support students in managing their behaviour and developing appropriate coping strategies.
- Implement individual behaviour management plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to inform intervention strategies.
